Monster Woman works well as both a bloghaus-era throwback and a Halloween track, with spooky flavor, and tragic lyrics. With the lyrics being sparse, the deeper context is the author's experience with a woman causing them psychological trouble, with extreme guilt for leaving her, still knowing she was not good for him”.
